Narroway Studio is a creative food space and daylight photography studio in the heart of Hackney . A collaboration between photographer Issy Croker, stylist and art director Emily Ezekiel & food writer and stylist Anna Jones who have been working in food and visual arts for over a decade.

The studio is a 550sqft flexible space, and at its heart is a beautiful but homely kitchen with limewashed walls which double as backdrops.

For photography the studio works for still life, portraiture and film. Its also the perfect space for small supper clubs, launches and workshops.

The studio has everything you need: an incredibly well equipped kitchen, a large dining table, a work area with a desk and and comfy chairs, four large north facing windows and freestanding shelves for easy prop storage.

Narroway Studio is well located, just a five minute walk from Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations, and has very affordable parking spaces in the St Johns Church yard carpark.

The studio overlooks St John of Hackney church and its gardens, the windows look out at tree level over the gardens, a welcome wash of green in the middle of the city, great for summer picnic lunches.

There are an array of local independent food producers as well as supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Tesco and M&S) nearby for all those last minute essentials. As well as an amazing selection of restaurant and cafes for lunch, many of which will deliver.
